My family at Thanksgiving

I am a little late on my Thanksgiving photos...actually photo. I don't seem to have the picture with all of the Koski grandkids or too many other pictures. The reason is I depend on JoLynn's camera whenever she is around:) Anyways, here is my immediate family at Thxgiving. It felt kind of like Christmas with all of the snow on the ground and everyone together.

"No more Monkeys Jumping on the Bed"

This is Emmy's favorite song. She likes to sing it when she is jumping on a bed. This video is not very clear because it was from Phil's cell phone...We didn't have our video camera with us last night...typical. Therefore, it is nice to have a video on our cell phone.

A few new pics from us

Emmy loves to dig. She especially loves this cupboard because it is where I keep my baking stuff. She finds the chocolate chips and asks, "num-num?"

Em's new slipper boots that I find so practical...other shoes she will just pull off, but she doesn't bother with these.

A cold winter walk with N&L and their "bow-wow"

Thank you Maren for the cute clothes you gave Emmy! I love them.

Happy Halloween!

Emmy was all dressed up last night for Halloween. She went with Grandma P. and Kara to the Busy Bees party. I don't know if we will go trick or treating because I am scheduled to work. Have a fun day everyone!

New smiles and stroller rides

Emmy's new "cheesy" smile. She likes smiling like this when is really happy or exited.
Last Sunday we went for a long walk with the F's and their dog up Millie Hill area. It was cold and breezy. We had Emmy in her snowsuit all bundled up. She pretty much slept through it. I was so bumped because I forgot my camera. I would have taken some gorgeous fall pics of IM.

My digital camera was too slow to get her "cheesy" smile, instead it just captured a happy one...call this one her "sweet potato" smile:)

Relaxed and tucked in the stroller:)

Hiking in Mqt

We couldn't seem to keep Em's "sweet cheeks" in the backpack. After much readjusting she kept hanging out the right side :) She still enjoyed the ride.
The weather was perfect...in fact it was warm and we got a sweat going up. The colors were good, even though the sky was hazy...the leaves would have really glowed if the sun was out.
Family portraits from the top of the mountain.

My little Digger Jigger

My tupperware drawer-perfect height for Emmy to pull open and tear apart!

I couldn't do my dishes unless I put Emmy in the Bumbo seat next to the sink, because she had to watch. She did keep herself occupied by digging in the sippy cups. She had to suck on each one...thus creating more dishes!!

Pictures from throughout the summer

Emmy with cousin Kinsley

Madison played dress up with Em...
I couldn't believe she wasn't pulling the hat off!
She didn't seem to mind getting all fancy:)

Emmy's first time playing in the sand.

Em quietly entertained herself. She would turn her back to me every once in a while and eat/taste the sand!

Emmy's new words

Emmy was saying "tank doo" and " bow-wow" all morning and I was actually able to capture it with a little prompting.

emmy back in july

Emmy is 10 1/2 months in this clip which was taken exactly one month ago. I had to post this...just a fun moment with Em. I might even have to go back in time since I have neglected this blog for so long. I forgot we even filmed this of her showing off...she usually gets star struck when we take the camcorder out.

FUN IN FLORIDA!!

I was just looking at our pictures from our recent tip to FL. We spent much of the week relaxing at our resort's pool and we also went to Sea World. This is a picture of Shamu the killer whaler diving during the show that we watched...it was very neat! Emmy's fell asleep during most of the show, but we went up close to the tank afterward and she got to enjoy Shamu. Actually, her favorite part was watching the penquins in their aquarium zip diving through the water. I think I have more pictures on my camera that I just might have to add.

First foods

I just started feeding Emmy pears a couple of weeks ago. I introducing foods pretty slow. She hasn't tried anything else yet, but I plan to give her squash next. So far she loves pears...this morning she ate two containers of them! Emmy has a good appetite. Like the old saying goes "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" :)

New sweater and bonnet from Great-Grandma S.

This is Emmy's sweater/bonnet set that her talented great-grandma Janet handmade for her. It is so cute and perfect for this winter. Thank you Janet!

Our Emmy Girl

Finally pictures of Em. I know you weren't impressed with the Toyota...after depriving you of updates of Em. :)

Just a Classic Camry

Here it is, my new set of wheels emerged from the depths of the snow banks of Iron Mountain. The only automatic thing about it is the engine... no accessories work...no radio, no windows, no automatic seat belt on driver side, no locks and so on. However, this '91 Transportation special gets me from point A to point B period, so how can I complain?
